We can ship to any address in the world. Please make sure in delivery address will be someone to receive the goods. We don’t prefer deliver to P.O. Boxes.

All items will only be shipped to the shipping address filled in during your registration process. Please make sure your address is correct. Import duty and taxes are buyer's responsibility.

For international orders, we will use Standard Post Shipping (ELTA Hellenic Post) as our delivery service company. Online tracking number will be provided (by email) for tracking the delivery status after parcel is posted.

After shipping an order by Standard Post Shipping we are not able to intervine, change, or cancel the order. Delivery response time depends on the current arrangements of Hellenic Standart Post with forwarders and local delivery response time depends on the local processes of each individual Post for every Country. We cannot intervine, quide, instruct or make changes to an order that is already shipped.

Please also note that the shipping rates of the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 100 grams.

Orders from Greece have fixed amounts (tracking fees included and are mandatory):

Orders from Greece (tracking number is mandatory) by ELTA or Geniki Taxydromiki (the cost includes: tracking fees, postage and packing). For all packages the cost calculated by the system automatically at checkout.
Pick-up from our warehouse is available only after prior communication (by phone) for orders placed from Greece (Athens). Instructions about location are available during the checkout of your order and will be re-confirmed with notification via email when your order will change to status "Ready for Delivery".

For international orders there are 2 Zones: Europe Zone and Rest of the World. Shipping cost based on current (03.07.2023) Shipping changes by ELTA Hellenic Post:

  • Up to 50 gr flat rate (Zone 1: 7€, Zone 2: 8€)
  • Up to 100 gr flat rate (Zone 1: 7.5€, Zone 2: 8.5)
  • Up to 250 gr flat rate (Zone 1: 9.5€, Zone 2: 10.5)
  • Up to 500 gr flat rate (Zone 1: 13.5€, Zone 2: 14.5)
  • Up to 1 Kgr flat rate (Zone 1: 19.5€, Zone 2: 21.5)
  • Up to 2 Kgr flat rate (Zone 1: 28.5€, Zone 2: 29.5)
  • Up to 3 Kgr flat rate (Zone 1: 35€, Zone 2: 45€)
  • Up to 4 Kgr flat rate (Zone 1: 40€, Zone 2: 55€)
  • Up to 5 Kgr flat rate (Zone 1: 50€, Zone 2: 60€)
    ZONE 1:

    Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Republic of North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, UK, Norway, Luxembourg, Iceland and Switzerland.

      ZONE 2:

      Rest of Europe countries and rest of the world.

      Orders from Canada and Latin America may have additional days of delays, something which is out of our control since the handling is performed locally without any feedback to ELTA Hellenic Post. 

      Returns Policy

      • If orders are returned to us as incorrect address and/ or PO Box address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient because was found opened and when the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee, handling fee and 10% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

      • We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for the shipping fee of re-sending the parcel.

      • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (the buyer pays for the shipping fees). The value of products will be refunded provided that all products received back in original state.

      • We'll refund the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please provide evidence (photos) before you post the items to us.

      • We are not oblidged to refund orders that are delayed to be delivered, we may refund orders that returned back to us or after issuing a claim to Post service are declared lost (lost orders will be refunded after 4 weeks following claim results)

      Handling & Packaging

      • Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after confirmation of payment.
      • We don’t post orders during the weekends and holidays
      • Packaging fees are standard for both shipping zones, 0.4 euro.
      • Package Tare weight is added to total weight of each product.
      • We control packing and preservation to the extent necessary to ensure safe delivery.
